1. What Dovia collects
Dovia does not collect personal information from your use of the app for its own analytics, advertising, profiling, or sale. We do not operate a Dovia account system or a Dovia advertising network in the app.
In the codebase reviewed for this policy, Dovia uses Apple's native frameworks for local storage, iCloud/CloudKit synchronization, notifications, widgets, Live Activities, and on-device intelligent features. We did not find an external analytics, advertising, crash-reporting, or third-party data-collection SDK in the submitted app code.
2. Your tasks and productivity data
Dovia stores the information you create in the app, including task titles, notes, dates, reminders, categories, tags, priorities, folders, templates, favourites and completion status.
This information is part of your Dovia data. Dovia does not send this information to a Dovia-owned application server for advertising, analytics, or profiling.
3. iCloud and CloudKit synchronization
Dovia uses Apple's private CloudKit database to synchronize your Dovia data across your Apple devices when iCloud is available and enabled.
Apple's documentation states that a private CloudKit database is private to the user by default, that the user owns its contents, and that data in the private database is not visible in the developer portal. It also counts toward the user's iCloud storage quota.
Dovia does not have a separate Dovia cloud account or a separate server where we maintain a copy of your task database. Your use of iCloud is subject to Apple's applicable terms and privacy practices.

4. On-device intelligent features
Dovia's weekly summary feature uses Apple's on-device Foundation Models framework. The codebase displays the feature as “Generated on device. Your task data is not sent to a server.”
The summary is generated on your device from your Dovia task data. Dovia does not send your task content to a third-party AI service for this feature.
5. Notifications, widgets and Live Activities
Dovia uses Apple's notification, WidgetKit and Live Activities frameworks to provide reminders and information you request. Information needed to display these features is processed by the app and its Apple system services as required to provide the feature.
Dovia does not use notifications or widgets to send advertising or behavioural tracking information.
6. App preferences and technical storage
Dovia stores app preferences such as language and other settings locally on your device. The app also uses Apple's standard local storage mechanisms for its application data.
These local storage mechanisms are used to operate Dovia and are not used by Dovia to create an advertising profile about you.
7. Support requests
The Dovia app may provide a link to our support website. If you voluntarily contact us through that support form or by email, we receive the information you choose to provide, such as your email address and message.
Support information is used to respond to your request and troubleshoot the issue. It is not used to build an advertising profile or sold to third parties.

8. Advertising and tracking
Dovia does not use advertising networks, does not sell personal information, and does not use your Dovia task data for targeted advertising.
The reviewed app does not request App Tracking Transparency permission and does not contain an advertising or analytics SDK.
9. Children's privacy
Dovia is not directed to children under the minimum age required by applicable law. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through Dovia.
10. Security
Dovia relies on Apple's platform security and iCloud/CloudKit protections for the services it uses. No method of storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when Dovia's features or data practices change. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will be updated when a new version is published.
